Our client is a cheerful and social man living with his wife in Gothenburg. He enjoys music, quizzes, board games, and loves to enjoy life outdoors – preferably with a coffee in the city or a walk in Slottsskogen. As his assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life, both at home and during activities.

👉 We are looking for a positive and flexible assistant who wants to work daytime (65%), with fixed shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays when he is at daily activities.

You will assist with practical daily tasks such as dressing, personal hygiene, meals, and creating structure in daily routines. Your contribution helps ensure that everyday life runs smoothly and safely. He has some communication difficulties due to an injury but can express himself through simple questions and answers – what’s important is that you have patience, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to create a safe and positive environment.

You are an independent person who takes initiative and is responsive to the client’s needs. No previous experience is required, but it is an advantage if you have worked in personal assistance before. The most important thing is that you are someone the client enjoys being around and who has the ability to create a safe and stimulating environment.

• ⏳ Agreement:  65% employment rate. The position starts with introductory shifts and approximately two months of hourly employment before a regular employment rate is offered, provided everything goes well. If it feels good for both parties, the transition to a permanent employment rate can happen earlier. This setup allows you to ease into the role at a comfortable pace and feel secure and well-prepared in your new job.

• 🕒 Working hours:  On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you work from 08:00 to 16:00. On Wednesdays, you work from 08:00 to 18:00.
