Humana S:t Olofsgatan LSS is located in Falköping and is situated in a two-story building close to the city center and a park area.

The residence is aimed at the target group 1 according to § 9.9 LSS for adults and has space for 6 people.

About the position

We are now looking for a night support worker for our operations for a probationary employment. As a support worker, you will work with people who need assistance with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual support, care, and service interventions

• Plan and implement activities with the client

• Carry out delegated health and medical tasks

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. • Training as a nursing assistant

• Experience from similar operations and the target group we work with

• Knowledge of low-arousal responses and clear pedagogical approaches

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is a significant part of the work

• Driver's license (B)

It is meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge and experience of mental illnesses and destructive behaviors
