Senior Social Worker at Partille Municipality

One of the unit's three senior social workers is moving back to their hometown, and we are now looking for you who want to work as a senior social worker with us, leading and distributing the daily work for a team of about six investigative social workers.

Your mission will be to provide operational support to the unit's social workers and strengthen their independence in their professional practice, as well as to ensure the legal security of our work and the participation of children and young people.

The development work carried out in the unit is well anchored in the working groups, and there is a high ambition and desire to continue developing our operations. As a senior social worker, you will work closely with other social workers in the department and with the unit manager. We actively work to maintain good internal collaboration at all levels, which you as a senior social worker play a crucial role in.

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained social worker and has several years of experience in public authority work in the area of children and young people. You have good knowledge of the relevant legislation in the field and a strong interest in management issues. Knowledge of and interest in the Signs of Safety/Partnering for Safety approach is meritorious, as well as interest in implementing this approach.
