Your Responsibilities

Your main task is to ensure that the after-school program operates according to Lgr 22, together with the other staff. You are responsible for ensuring that the education is varied in both guided and free activities, and that different materials and learning environments are offered and used to stimulate students' desire to play and learn. Thus, you have the primary responsibility for ensuring that the instruction in the after-school program is goal-oriented.

You work to promote students' social development while practically ensuring that they achieve the knowledge goals, seeing this as an obvious part of the daily operations. Your duties include planning and leading break activities for students from preschool to grade 6, as well as working as a resource in the classroom. You are part of the school's work team.

Who Are You

We are looking for someone who is a licensed teacher or is awaiting their license as a teacher in after-school programs/after-school pedagogy. Experience working in after-school programs and in F-6 schools is an advantage, as well as good experience with digital tools. You are well-versed in the governing documents and assignments of schools and after-school programs.

We would also like you to have experience in safety work and break activities. Your view of children is characterized by respect and a belief that all children can and want to develop. You have high expectations of the students, and it is important for you to motivate them and work to ensure they feel comfortable in school and in the after-school program.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
