Here you will find an environment that is suitable for both school and after-school activities, both indoors and outdoors.
The school is newly built for grades F-6 with approximately 310 students and 50 staff members. The school opened in the autumn term of 2024. The school has five after-school departments, and your placement will be in one of the departments in the lower grades.
The school's core values are: Learning, Well-being, and Safety.
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include being a teacher in the after-school program for lower grades. You will work closely with the teachers in the lower grades. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum's chapter 4.
Who Are You?
You are a certified teacher in after-school programs/after-school pedagogy. Experience is required.
To succeed in your role, you need to have good collaboration skills. You are structured and can prioritize your tasks. You have good communication skills with colleagues, students, and guardians.
About the Education and Employment Administration
As part of Region Gotland, we in the Education and Employment Administration contribute to the learning and development of children, youth, and adults. We are responsible for, among other things, preschools, primary schools, after-school programs, adapted primary and secondary schools, cultural schools, upper secondary and adult education, labor market initiatives, youth centers, and the reception and establishment of newcomers. Together, we provide opportunities for lifelong learning.
