Our client in Sweden is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM). This role is suitable for you who have deep technical knowledge in ServiceNow and architecture, while enjoying business-related tasks and close collaboration with various stakeholders. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a platform used by thousands of employees, and to create real value through effective and user-friendly solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with the business and our requirement setters to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. You will develop and manage the CSM module with a focus on creating valuable and simple interactions for employees. The work also involves driving automation of workflows and processes, participating in workshops and dialogues with the business or customer, and contributing technical expertise in management, troubleshooting, and incident handling. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, Service Managers, and Architects in a dynamic and high-performing team.

• Analytical and curious with a passion for technology, able to handle both details and the big picture

• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience

• Experience in development in ServiceNow, particularly within CSM

• Good knowledge of JavaScript

• Experience in developing and automating workflows and processes in ServiceNow

• Ability to hold workshops and engage in dialogue with the business or customer

• Knowledge in management, troubleshooting, and incident handling

• Knowledge in architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile teams

• Previous experience from large organizations or complex ServiceNow environments

The position is full-time (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day) on-site with our client in Gothenburg. The assignment is time-limited and runs from February 25, 2026, to October 31, 2026.
