As an Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing technical solutions that connect customer platforms with global networks. You will work closely with various departments, from configuration and format development to testing and troubleshooting. Responsibilities

• Guide and propose "best practice" solutions focusing on scalability, supportability, security, and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough gap analyses.
• Build and implement support for customer file formats.
• Act as a stakeholder towards R&D in the development of new services and solutions.
• Configure, test, troubleshoot, and implement customer-specific solutions.
• Act as a technical resource in both local and global customer projects.
• Connect customers' data platforms to the global network.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with various teams at our client.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with the following background and competencies:

• Bachelor's or university degree in Systems Science, IT, or similar, combined with some work experience in the field.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Analytical and quality-conscious.
• Ability to perform gap analyses and understand requirements based on data.
• Technically curious with an eye for detail and an ambition to constantly learn more.
• Good understanding of business processes/flows and data exchange at a technical level.
• Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Requirement: Passed background check (criminal and credit history).

If you also meet the following preferences, you may be a very strong candidate for this position:

• Practical experience in integration work.
• Experience with XML/XSLT.
• Experience with EDI (e-invoicing/order).
• Experience with communication protocols (SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, API, etc.).
• Familiarity with or experience of tools and concepts such as PEPPOL, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio Code.
