We are now looking for an IT Servicedesk Technician to join Blåkläder!
In this role, you will be a vital part of ensuring our IT environment runs smoothly in everyday operations. You will support users across multiple countries, solve problems, and ensure that everything is in place, both technically and in your interactions with colleagues.

Your Role
As an IT Servicedesk Technician, you play a central role in our IT department. You are a key contact point for our users and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming tickets and inquiries from users in our various countries
- Administering users and permissions
- Purchasing, installing, and configuring client hardware
You will become part of an engaged and competent IT team where we help each other, share knowledge, and solve challenges together. There is a strong sense of teamwork and a desire to continuously develop, both as a team and as individuals.
The work is divided into two shifts: 06:15–15:00 and 07:30–16:30.
Your Profile
We believe you are a driven and service-oriented person with a strong interest in helping others. You are social, have an easy time building good relationships, and thrive in a role with many contact points.
You are an engaged team player who takes responsibility and puts the team before yourself. You work in a structured and independent manner while collaborating and communicating naturally.
You are driven by problem-solving, have a strong interest in technology, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where things happen quickly.
We would like you to:
- Have approximately 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within servicedesk/IT support
- Have a genuine interest in technology
- Be confident in Microsoft 365/Office
- Be proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Have experience with business systems (e.g., ERP/CRM)
The position is based at the office in Svenljunga, so a sustainable commute is a prerequisite. Travel may occur within the role.

Other Information
Employment: The position is a permanent employment that initially begins with a probationary period (fixed-term).
Salary: Monthly salary.
Start Date: After agreement.
