About the Role
- You will support a new business area with service design.
- You will map the current system and service landscape.
- You will identify pain points, opportunities, and improvements.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate workshops and service blueprinting.
- Analyze the current state and synthesize insights.
- Support prioritization based on utility and impact.
- Provide materials that help the team make the right decisions.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Extensive experience in service design or related work.
- Experience facilitating and leading structured dialogues.
- Ability to see connections between process, needs, and impact.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
