Employment: Full-time (100%)
Working hours: 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00
About the role
You will be working with a great team in nice premises in central Gothenburg.
Your duties as a Support Technician include:
- First-line IT support (phone reception and web forms) regarding hardware and software (including mobile devices) as well as permissions, etc.
- Receive, register, categorize, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve incidents coming into IT support.
- We aim to maintain high availability and resolve as many cases as possible at first contact. More time-consuming cases and complex problems are escalated to second-line IT support.
Responsibilities
- Receive and handle incoming IT support cases via phone.
- Register, categorize, and troubleshoot incidents.
- Provide support regarding hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Manage permissions and user accounts.
- Resolve cases at first contact to the greatest extent possible.
- Escalate more complex problems to second-line support.
- Work according to established routines and methods.
We are looking for you who
We are looking for someone who has:
- Documented IT knowledge in Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of computers, networks, operating systems, and information security.
- IT high school education or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in IT support or IT-related customer service.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of English, primarily spoken.
