Your responsibilities
As a 1st Line Technician, you are the face outward and the first contact for customers who need technical support. You will handle incoming support cases via phone, email, and case management systems, troubleshoot and solve technical problems, and guide customers through solutions. Furthermore, you will document and categorize cases for further analysis and follow-up, as well as escalate complex problems to 2nd and 3rd line when needed.
In addition to this, you will monitor systems and networks to detect and rectify problems proactively, maintain and update customer user data, provide support during installation and configuration of software and hardware, and train and inform customers about the use of different systems and tools.
Your profile
Our consultants are driven by being responsible, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented. They are also strongly interested in the customer's various needs, both now and in the future, and in continuously developing their knowledge and skills to be able to offer the best possible service to our customers.
In addition to the above, you also have knowledge in one of the following:
- At least 6 months of experience in a service desk
- Windows, macOS, or Linux
- ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira
- TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop
- AD management
- M365 and basic network technology
