Job Description

As a .NET Developer, you will become part of an agile, cross-functional team that self-organizes its work, works towards common goals, and takes overall responsibility for its deliverables. You will work with full-stack development (both frontend and backend), but are also expected to contribute in adjacent areas such as requirements gathering, design, and testing.

The assignment is characterized by close collaboration with the business to deliver stable and secure solutions. The role requires you to work both independently and closely with the team in an egalitarian and helpful manner. You have strong problem-solving skills, see patterns in complex flows, and are flexible in the face of changing conditions over time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications in both frontend and backend within a complex .NET environment.
• Actively participate in the team's agile work according to the Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Contribute to the entire development chain, including requirements analysis, architecture discussions, testing, and quality assurance.
• Work with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and platform administration.
• Collaborate with business representatives and end-users to translate needs into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of professional experience in system development in .NET in complex environments within the public sector or a comparable large organization.
• At least five (5) years of combined, practical, and current professional experience in software development using Scrum and SAFe.
• At least five (5) years of combined, practical, and current professional experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD tools such as Tekton (or equivalent).
• At least five (5) years of combined, practical, and current professional experience with relational databases (such as MS SQL and Oracle).
• Very good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience with frontend development in React.
• Experience with Continuous Delivery and automated deployment flows.
• Experience with container platforms such as OpenShift (OCP).
• Experience with specific case management systems (e.g., Platina) or specialized business support systems within government administration/the judiciary.
