We are looking for a UX Designer for a consultancy assignment with one of our clients in Mölndal. You will join a modern, agile development team building technically advanced applications, working on exciting design challenges alongside experienced designers and developers.

This role is for you if you are already established in your UX career and work independently through the entire design process, from user research and concepts to finished, development-ready designs. This is not a junior or trainee position; you are expected to deliver and drive your work from day one.

You will drive application development in close collaboration with designers, developers, and product management. Key responsibilities include:

• Solving design challenges together with an experienced team
• Creating user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Translating abstract ideas into clear, finished designs ready for development
• Documenting design proposals according to established principles
• Following and contributing to the further development of the client's UX framework and processes
• Keeping a finger on the pulse of the users and actively seeking feedback

• A passionate UX/UI designer with a strong user focus and an eye for clean, intuitive design
• Equipped with at least 3 years of professional experience as a UX designer in a product or development environment
• Quick and confident in Figma
• Able to showcase a strong portfolio with varied projects across different platforms and devices
• Experienced in the entire design process, from research to final delivery
• Confident in presenting and justifying your design decisions to designers, developers, and product management
• Truly interested in technical domains and complex applications
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Experience in managing design systems
• Proficiency in creating icons and other vector graphics
• Experience with UX writing and content creation

• Consultancy assignment, August to year-end.
• Location in Mölndal, with the possibility of 20% remote work.
• Full-time position.
