Gothenburg City Intraservice is the city's internal IT provider and is responsible for IT, support, and administrative services that keep daily life running for thousands of employees and residents. With approximately 750 employees – of whom 270 are within digital infrastructure – they are a central actor in Gothenburg's digital development. They are currently on an exciting change journey with many ongoing projects related to digitalization, development, and management. One of the larger initiatives is the consolidation of the Framtiden Group – and here you will play an important role.

About the role

We are now looking for a Citrix specialist who wants to help further develop and manage one of Sweden's largest IT workplaces.

You will become part of a client team responsible for an environment with:

• approx. 140,000 devices
• over 110,000 users
• clients within PC, Mac, Chromebook, and mobile devices
• an infrastructure based on, among other things, Microsoft and Citrix

In the role, you will work both operationally and strategically – from daily operations to architecture, improvement work, and advisory services.

Your responsibilities

You will among other things:

• Drive and develop work within the Citrix platform together with the team
• Act as a technical expert in architecture, design, and implementation
• Work with both Citrix DaaS (on-prem & Cloud) and associated components
• Ensure solutions maintain high quality and meet business goals
• Implement changes and continuously update documentation
• Perform health checks and proactive improvement work
• Support in support cases and contribute to stable operations

Your profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you have solid experience from larger IT environments and are confident in your specialist competence.

Desired qualifications, not mandatory:

• Experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler) in large environments (5,000+ clients)
• Experience with Citrix DaaS Workers in larger organizations
• Experience with Citrix DaaS (on-prem & Citrix Cloud)
• Experience with Citrix FAS (PKI/certificate authentication)
• Experience with Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS)
• Experience with Citrix WEM
• Experience with Netscaler MAS/ADM
• Experience with Microsoft AD and Group Policy
• Experience with Ivanti Application Control
• Experience from the public sector
