Our investment in product development in Gothenburg continues to grow, and we are now looking for experienced developers who want to help shape tomorrow's technical solutions together with our customers. Here you will become part of a growing group with expertise in several parts of the product development process, while gaining access to Rejler's broad network of specialists in areas such as mechanics, electronics, automation, and system development.

About the Job

Our product development team supports customers throughout the entire development chain - from early concepts and system architecture to verification, testing, and final product.

As an embedded developer here, you work in development projects where hardware, software, and systems interact. The role involves close collaboration with both customers and colleagues to develop robust and long-term solutions that work in reality.

The assignments vary in scope and industry. You can work on everything from new product and platform development to the further development of existing systems. What the assignments have in common is that they place high demands on technical understanding, quality, and collaboration between several areas of expertise.

In the role, you will, among other things:

• Develop embedded solutions in C and/or C++
• Work closely with hardware, software, and systems in product development projects
• Participate in activities such as design, implementation, testing, and verification
• Contribute to technical decisions and solutions together with customers and colleagues
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams with expertise in electronics, mechanics, systems, and software
• Help develop our operations in embedded systems and product development in Gothenburg

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in embedded development and who thrive in a role where technology, problem-solving, and collaboration go hand in hand. You appreciate working closely with other competencies and have an interest in how different parts of a product interact to create a functioning whole.

As a person, you are curious, responsible, and unpretentious. You are happy to share your knowledge and contribute to good collaboration, while being confident in driving your work forward independently.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• A university or master's degree in a relevant technical field
• At least three years of experience in embedded development
• Good knowledge of C and/or C++
• Experience with Python
• Experience with real-time systems, such as Linux or Embedded Linux
• Good technical understanding of the interaction between hardware and software
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience from the consulting industry is an advantage.
