About Netred

Netred AB is an IT provider offering holistic solutions within hardware and software, cloud services, and software development. Thanks to our close collaboration with Monitor ERP System, we operate throughout Sweden. Our office is located in Tidaholm, and we currently have 15 employees.

Your Responsibilities

You will join a team of technicians responsible for the operation, support, and development of IT environments for our customers of various sizes and industries, primarily within the manufacturing sector. Your primary workplace will be our office in Tidaholm, but you will also handle remote support by responding to emails and phone calls from our customers. Additionally, you will provide technical support related to the Monitor ERP business system.

About You

We are looking for someone who is social, friendly, and eager to learn new things. A technical interest is a plus, as is the ability to communicate well over the phone, since much of our customer interaction happens via phone.

Previous experience with Office 365, Active Directory (AD), computers, and peripheral equipment is considered an advantage.

Interviews will begin in mid-August due to holiday schedules.
