Description

Göteborgs Stads Leasing AB is growing and developing. We are now strengthening our IT and digitalization function with three new employees, including one IT Architect, to meet the contemporary need for user-centered and customer-friendly solutions.

You will become one of five members in the IT and digitalization function, led by a responsible team leader. As an IT Architect with us, you will have a broad and business-close role where you are responsible for the system environment, integrations, and technical choices.

You combine architecture work with technical advisory, requirement setting, project support, and supplier dialogue in a small and agile IT and digitalization function. You work closely with digitalization business developers, IT and digitalization project managers, IT administration managers, and IT technicians.

The IT and digitalization function, together with business development, communication, and environment and sustainability, forms one of six teams within the Business Support department. All employees in this cross-functional team are self-reliant specialists who lead their work independently within their respective areas.

Responsibilities

As an IT Architect, you are responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's system environment, integrations, and technical target state. You will become our key technical person who translates the needs of the business and customers into smart, robust, user-friendly, and long-term sustainable IT solutions.

• You are responsible for the overall system architecture and the development of our IT environment.
• You develop and maintain our technical target state and architecture principles.
• You map and analyze systems, integrations, and dependencies.
• You identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our IT environment.
• You ensure sustainable information flows and integrations between systems.
• You participate in tenders, system selections, and requirement setting.
• You act as our technically qualified client and supplier contact.
• You contribute technical expertise in projects and change initiatives.
• You participate in the administration organization for the IT environment.

In this role, you build and develop close collaborations with the business, IT, customers, and suppliers to create successful implementations and sustainable solutions. You contribute technical expertise in projects and development initiatives while helping the organization make well-founded decisions regarding systems, integrations, and technology choices. You contribute to a secure, stable, and long-term sustainable IT architecture.

We believe you are an experienced IT Architect with a broad background and many years of experience in qualified IT roles. You want to help build a robust technical foundation for GSL's digital development. You are solution-focused, unpretentious, and thrive in a broad role where you can combine technical expertise with practical implementation.

You enjoy the meeting between people and technology and have the ability to balance business, technical, and economic perspectives. You are pedagogical, have a strong collaborative spirit, and are confident and independent in your role as an IT Architect at GSL.

Qualifications

To apply for the position, you need:

• A university degree in IT, systems science, computer science, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in qualified IT roles.
• Experience with system architecture, system integrations, and information flows.
• Experience participating in or supporting large system implementations.
• Experience with requirement setting towards suppliers.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, information security, and GDPR.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience as a system administrator or administration manager.
• Experience with PM3 or a similar administration model.
• Experience from the public sector.
• Experience with procurement according to LOU (Public Procurement Act).
• Experience with data analysis or data-driven working methods.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
