Description

Göteborgs Stads Leasing AB is growing and developing. We are now strengthening our IT and digitalization function with three new employees, including one Business Developer for Digitalization, to meet the contemporary need for user-centered and customer-friendly solutions.

Here, you will become one of five members in the IT and Digitalization function, led by a responsible team leader. As a Business Developer for Digitalization, you will play a central role in our continued development journey. You will work closely with the IT Architect, Project Manager for IT and Digitalization, IT Administration Manager, and IT Technicians.

The IT and Digitalization function, together with Business Development, Communication, and Environment and Sustainability, forms one of six teams within the Business Support department. All employees in this cross-functional team are self-reliant specialists who lead their work independently within their respective areas.

Responsibilities

As a Business Developer for Digitalization, you are responsible for coordinating our digital development. The role has overall responsibility for GSL’s digitalization development plan and serves as a cohesive force in our digitalization efforts.

• You are responsible for and develop GSL’s digitalization plan and AI strategy.
• You identify, prioritize, and drive business development initiatives in close collaboration with operations, customers, and suppliers.
• You translate customer and operational needs into concrete initiatives that create value for customers, employees, and the business.
• You develop processes, working methods, and digital services.
• You monitor the benefits, effects, and goal achievement of digitalization initiatives.
• You contribute to increased digital maturity and a long-term development focus within the organization.
• You coordinate all perspectives of the business, with a special focus on customer focus, service development, as well as GDPR and information security.

As a Business Developer for Digitalization, you are responsible for creating direction, structure, and momentum in the organization's digital development. In this role, you build and develop close collaborations with operations, IT, management, customers, and suppliers to create successful and sustainable solutions.

You support and contribute to change management with new roles and working methods. An important focus in the work is to ensure that GSL’s service offering is based on customer needs and contributes to high user value and customer satisfaction.

We believe you are a confident and strategic Business Developer with a broad background from qualified digitalization roles. You are comfortable making decisions, handling goal conflicts, and navigating an organization with several operational areas.

You can analyze complex issues, identify risks, and find sustainable solutions. You enjoy the meeting point between people and technology and have the ability to weigh operational, technical, and economic perspectives in your decisions. You are a pedagogical and non-hierarchical change leader.

You build strong relationships and create consensus regarding the development of the business. You capture needs, drive dialogues, and lead development work from idea to implementation and value realization. You contribute to creating engagement in change and ensure that digitalization is used as a tool to create business value.

Qualifications

To apply for the position, you need:

• A university degree in Systems Science, Business Development, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in business development, digitalization, and change management.
• Experience driving development initiatives and change work.
• Good understanding of business processes and process development.
• Good ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions.
• Experience with digital transformation and service development.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience from the public sector.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience with PM3 or a similar governance model.
• Experience with the PPS project model or equivalent.
• Experience with data-driven development and working methods.
