About the role

Do you want a daily routine where no day is the same? As an onsite technician, you will become an important part of our customers' daily IT operations in the Gothenburg area. You are the person who makes things just work – whether it involves troublesome computers, new installations, or direct on-site support to users.

You work closely with the customer, solve problems in real-time, and contribute to a smooth, efficient, and stress-free work environment.

What you will do

In the role of onsite technician, you will among other things:

• Install and configure computers, mobile phones, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and solve problems within both hardware and software
• Handle the issuance and return of equipment
• Provide support via the IT Walk-in desk, back office, and package reception
• Work systematically in the case management system

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)

Compensation

• Monthly salary: 25,000–27,000 SEK
