The facilities we are currently seeking care assistants for are Främja Heleneborgsgatan in Hornstull and Främja Arvodesvägen in Hägersten.
About the position
Our work is based on low-arousal responses and a salutogenic approach where our ability to form relationships, motivate, and inspire is crucial. With us, the main character is always at the center, so it is important that you are attentive and clear, that you feel comfortable and radiate calm and security even in unpredictable situations. The work requires you to be solution-focused, self-assured, and able to handle and have experience with challenging behaviors.
We also place great importance on being curious and actively participating in the work team, taking initiatives, participating in activities, and following common guidelines and action plans. You are expected to work both independently and in a group and to handle regular household chores.
WORKING HOURS: Part-time/casual as needed
PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 6 months
WORKING TIME: Sleeping on-call, weekend and evening shifts included
START DATE: By agreement, we look positively on if you can start soon.
Requirements:Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
Experience and knowledge of the target group within LSS
High school education such as child and leisure program, care and nursing program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.
Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal responses.
