About the job

You will be part of a team of five HR Administrators and provide support to the organization and other colleagues in the department. The role of HR Administrator in the Human Resources Department is broad and encompasses many different processes running in parallel. In the Human Resources Department, we work process-oriented, which means that in this role you have the opportunity to participate in developing our processes/workflows to streamline and ensure their quality. Your tasks will include handling employment and recruitment matters, issuing employment decisions, publishing job ads, and being responsible for the department's archiving. The team also manages the administration of various internal training programs. You will work in several of our different systems such as Primula, ReachMee, Public 360, Idis, etc. In the HR Administrator role, other tasks may arise, such as supporting HR specialists in their operational work or participating in various HR project groups as needed.

Your background

We are looking for someone with experience in HR administration, such as employment and recruitment administration or equivalent, preferably from a university/college. You are good at seeing how processes and administrative flows are interconnected, and you have ideas on how to develop them. You want to be involved in the department's common mission and enjoy helping others solve problems. You understand the customer's perspective, are service-oriented, unpretentious, and solution-focused. To succeed in the role of HR Administrator, you need to communicate well and have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships. You need to have a structured working method and the ability to work independently and take great responsibility for your work. At times, the workload can be high, and your ability to structure and prioritize your work is important. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

You have a university or college degree in HR or education/work experience that we consider equivalent. You have good knowledge of Office and find it easy to learn new systems. Experience from public sector work is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
