For our Uppsala office, we are looking for someone who is attracted to the variety and dynamics of the consulting role and has a desire to contribute to our clients' and Avanta's long-term success. You are responsible and want to take on challenges to grow. You have an education in economics and preferably have interned at an accounting firm or worked a bit in finance, but this is not a requirement.

Preferred qualifications for the role:

• Work experience from an accounting firm or other consulting business, through internships or employment.
• Work experience in ongoing accounting, basic business consulting, and simple year-end work.
• Work experience in sales and customer consulting
• Work experience working in teams
• Experience with Fortnox, Visma Payroll, and Björn Lundén

What will you be working with?

In close collaboration with colleagues, you will primarily work with simpler ongoing accounting, such as accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and receipt management. We also see that the role develops based on your individual goals for development and learning. For example, there are good opportunities to develop in more advanced accounting as well as internal closing, business consulting, and tax returns. The work consists of both independent work and collaboration with your colleagues.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is planned for March/April 2025 if you have worked with accounting before.
