Part-time ISO Administrator Wanted in Uppsala

We at Poolia are now looking for a part-time (50%) ISO Administrator for our client in Uppsala. The position is expected to start immediately and will last until the end of June. During this assignment, you will be employed as a highly valued consultant through us at Poolia.

About the position

As an ISO Administrator, you will play a central role in planning and managing documentation for ISO certification according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Your main tasks will include:

• Planning and managing documentation that supports the certification process
• Creating and implementing routines and processes that meet ISO requirements
• Supporting various departments in the organization to ensure compliance and standard quality

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes (preferably ISO 9001 and 14001)
• Experience in administrative work and document management related to ISO standards
• The ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish
• Good knowledge of MS Office

It is an extra merit if you also have:

• Experience working with internal audits
• Knowledge of compliance systems, such as Notisum or similar
