About the Position

We are currently seeking a controller for a consulting assignment with our client, a government agency in Uppsala.

Scope: Full-time 100%
Start: Immediately
Duration: Until 20250630, possibly longer.

You will be employed by Dreamwork but will work at our client's location in Uppsala. Remote work is possible up to 3 days/week.

Your Main Responsibilities

During a leave of absence, our client needs to cover with a consulting solution.

The finance unit, which currently consists of about 18 people, is one of the support functions within the Agency Support Department. Our main task is to coordinate the agency's financial processes and provide expertise in financial matters. We are divided into three teams focusing on accounting, controlling, and procurement.

In the department, we have a positive and helpful culture where everyone collaborates and supports each other. As a controller, you will support the organization in financial planning, analysis, and follow-up as well as operational management. You will work with budgeting and forecasting at the departmental and unit levels.

You will collaborate with managers at various levels and support, educate, and guide them regarding financial issues.

Who Are You?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:

High school or equivalent education
Completed education in the relevant field
At least three (3) years of work experience as a controller
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., QlikView and Insikt)
Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., U4 Agresso, Raindance, Visma, etc.)
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We prefer candidates with experience in multi-funded operations within public administration. For you, it is natural to appreciate challenges such as change and efficiency work, and you find it enjoyable and rewarding to work with people.
