The Role of the Medical Administrator

As a medical administrator, you have several different tasks in your work. As some reorganization occurs at the clinic, it may be necessary to assign responsibilities within the medical administration, with the task of managing daily operations, which requires close collaboration with other professionals and management.

At Clinical Physiology, you will have a very varied job. We work according to a rotating schedule, including referral management, appointment booking, telephone advice, and reception work. We work in several different administrative systems such as PAF, Cosmic, and Muse.

You will be an important function at the clinic and the spider in the web. You handle everything from phone contacts to being a support for our doctors and biomedical analysts. In this role, you have the opportunity to develop and work with varied and challenging tasks.

Your Future Workplace

Clinical physiology is a regional clinic and is located at the region's three hospitals: Ryhov County Hospital, Eksjö Highland Hospital, and Värnamo Hospital. We serve patients and referrers throughout the region with high-quality diagnostics in several areas, such as ultrasound examinations of the heart and vessels, neurophysiological diagnostics, pulmonary physiological examinations, and arrhythmia diagnostics.

Your Profile

We are now looking for someone who is a trained medical administrator.

We prefer that:

• You are responsible.
• You have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You are structured and collaborate well.
• You are passionate about communication and coordination with a focus on: "the right patient at the right time".
• You can organize and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
