Your Role

Are you an engaged and communicative program or project manager who enjoys working closely with operations and being a driving force in the daily life of projects? Then the role with us in Business Support, within the Flight Operations & Operational Training department, may be exactly what you are looking for!

To meet our future challenges, we are growing in the Business Support section. We are now building a team that will ensure our Gripen customers receive the training they need to achieve their operational goals. As the program manager for Customer Training, you will coordinate all training for one of our export customers. You will be an important part of the project organization for Gripen E and, together with our training coordinators, shape the plan for our deliveries. Your responsibilities also include monitoring finances and progress, as well as governance, reporting, and ensuring that we meet our commitments. Your Profile

You are a good communicator with high integrity who thrives in a changing environment, and you tackle both complex challenges and simpler everyday tasks with the same unpretentious attitude. As a person, you are solution-oriented and actively contribute to a positive work climate and a strong team spirit, and you are confident in making your own decisions.

We would like you to have experience in program or project management and financial monitoring, as well as good knowledge of the Office suite. If you also have experience in IT system management, export control, security issues, or the aviation field, we see that as a plus. Since the role involves some travel, a B driver's license is required, as well as good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
