About the Position

Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to managers and/or departments in their daily work. Depending on the specific assignment, tasks may vary, but your responsibilities as an Administrator may include:

• Supporting managers and/or entire departments in their daily work.
• Managing calendars and meetings
• Purchasing
• Financial follow-up
• General administration
• Coordinating tasks between departments

About You

We are looking for someone who is organized and structured in their work approach with an eye for detail. We prefer that you are solution-oriented and flexible, with the ability to creatively find solutions and see new opportunities. Furthermore, we see that you have excellent communication skills and can work well both in teams and independently.

Depending on the specific assignment, requirements may vary, but generally, we expect you to meet the following:

• Experience in an administrative role
• Very good proficiency in using computers and systems as work tools
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, and SalesForce
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
