About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales teams, service organization, and customers with technical inquiries, both before and after delivery. The role is practical and application-oriented, where you assist in finding the right solution, sizing equipment, and ensuring that our products operate optimally at the customer's site.

You will act as a bridge between Sales, Service, and R&D/Production in Motala and contribute to strengthening and developing our technical offerings in industrial air purification and applications related to welding, local extraction, and ventilation.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales teams and customers via support systems, phone, Teams, and on-site

• Consultation on equipment and filter selection, sizing, and practical placement in various environments

• Troubleshooting performance and functionality issues, e.g., airflow, noise, installation, filters, and pressure drop

• Collect field feedback and drive improvements together with R&D

• Develop manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and training materials

• Participate in projects and coordinate deliveries to customers

• Contribute to standardized working methods and technical documentation

The position is based in Motala, where our production and back-office hub is located, with an engaged team of approximately 30 employees. Travel may be required within Sweden and internationally.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical post-secondary education or equivalent experience, who has worked practically and/or technically in industrial environments, preferably with experience in areas such as welding, local extraction, ventilation, or filtration.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and pedagogical. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences and are driven by completing tasks with a high level of service.

Requirements for the Position:

• Good technical understanding and experience in troubleshooting in an industrial environment

• Knowledge in air technology, such as sizing, capture, airflow, pressure drop, and ducting

• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

• Driving license B

• Good computer skills, e.g., in Office/Teams, and preferably experience with case management

Meritorious:

• Experience from workplace or process-related roles in workshops/industry

• Experience in producing technical documentation, guides, or training materials

You do not need to know everything from the start; the most important thing is that you have a solid technical foundation, a genuine interest in technology, and a willingness to learn and develop within industrial air purification and related applications.
