Your role
We are now looking for a quality engineer for Dynamics who wants to coordinate quality assurance in projects and production. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute with expertise in quality standards and communicate the requirements and expectations placed on us as a defense industry. In the role of quality engineer, you will coordinate, recommend, and plan quality assurance activities to be carried out in assigned projects.
You will drive and be responsible for improvement measures to continuously enhance the quality of our products and our way of working. This is done both by collaborating with a cross-functional team to find solutions to emerging problems and by working long-term on quality and process improvement measures. Here you will have the opportunity to shape the role according to your skills and interests!
Your main tasks will include:
- Ensuring product quality and being responsible for quality assurance activities and methods
- Continuously monitoring the quality situation and initiating quality assurance measures as needed
- Driving root cause analyses and corrective actions
- Participating in preparations and execution of reviews and decision forums
- Contributing to broadening the department's overall competence
Your profile

In this role, it is also important that you have a good ability to take responsibility for your work from a holistic perspective and that your working style is characterized by constant quality awareness.
You have a good command of both spoken and written Swedish and English, as well as the ability to present and communicate information, as the role requires you to convincingly explain quality risks to others in projects and production. We see that you have a master's degree or equivalent competence with a focus on quality.
It is an advantage if you have the following experiences:
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or EN9100
- IPC-610, IPC-620 and IPC-640
- Lean Six Sigma - DMAIC
- FAI (First Article Inspection), according to EN9102
- p-FMEA
The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
