Description Our client, a Swedish innovation company in sustainable energy technology, is now seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive advanced development projects. The company develops groundbreaking solutions that enable electricity generation from printed organic solar cells and convert light energy into sustainable, self-sufficient products. As a Technical Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects spanning material innovation, product design, process development, and production scaling, directly contributing to the company's continued growth and technological advancements.

Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating technical projects from idea to final delivery. You will create structure and clarity in complex projects involving research, development, production, and commercial teams. You will plan projects, follow up on deliveries, and ensure that resources are used efficiently. You will work to create coordination between development, production, and operations and identify risks and obstacles to drive decision-making processes that secure project progress. You will communicate technical progress and challenges clearly to various stakeholders and take ownership of turning ideas into concrete results.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education or engineering degree in technology, materials science, physics, or chemistry

• Solid experience in technical project management in hardware-related environments such as product, material, or manufacturing development

• Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams in development, production, and operations

• Knowledge and experience in project methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid Preferred:

• Experience from international projects or projects focused on manufacturing

Conditions The assignment is located in Linköping with the possibility of some remote work. The employment rate is full-time (100%) and the assignment runs from April 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The assignment is offered as a consulting assignment with the possibility of continued work with the client after the assignment ends.
