We are looking for a technical project manager for a Swedish innovation company in sustainable energy technology. You will lead technical development initiatives that drive product and technology forward – interfacing with research, development, production, and commercial teams. The role suits you if you thrive in complex, hardware-related environments where structure and clear guidance are crucial for achieving results.

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on technical projects within material development, product design, and production
• Ensure clear goals, resource planning, and deliveries throughout the project's lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and create consensus between development, production, and operations
• Identify risks and obstacles and drive decisions that ensure progress
• Communicate technical advancements, challenges, and choices to relevant stakeholders
• Drive projects from idea to final delivery with a focus on structure, pace, and quality

• Relevant university degree in engineering or similar fields such as technology, materials science, physics, or chemistry
• Solid experience in technical project management in hardware-related environments (product, materials, or manufacturing)
• Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams in development, production, and operations
• Knowledge and experience in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

• Experience from international projects
• Experience from manufacturing-oriented projects
