We are on a strong growth journey and are now expanding our Master Planning team at Underwater Systems. We are looking for someone who wants to help shape how we manage our resources and projects with a focus on digitalization.

Your Role

As a central part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the operational delivery capability. You will work strategically and operationally to create a transparent and efficient resource and project planning that directly impacts our end results. You will have a central function in coordinating and developing our capacity and resource planning, both in the short and long term.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic Resource Management: Coordinate and drive the capacity planning process at the business unit level
• Process Development: Contribute to the development of methodologies and processes to meet tomorrow's demands for efficiency and digitalization
• Operational Support & Methodology: Develop and optimize our working methods in the planning tool Antura, and act as expert support to enhance the organization's maturity
• Network Building: You will act as the spider in the web and collaborate daily with managers and project leaders to create a cohesive picture of our project portfolio

We are looking for someone who:

• Is process- and organization-oriented with a strong analytical ability
• Has a pedagogical flair and can communicate planning strategies so that everyone understands the goal
• Possesses a deep understanding of project management and has a business-oriented focus

Meritorious:

• Experience with planning methodologies and tools for cost and resource management
• Experience with the Antura system
