Mariehem Health Center has approximately 12,500 registered patients. It is located in Mariehem in Umeå. It takes a five-minute walk to Nydalasjön. Mariehem Health Center is part of the northern primary care area, which also includes Sävar, Robertsfors, and Ersboda health centers. You will work at Mariehem Health Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a medical secretary with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure.

The position involves tasks such as dictation writing, referral management, reception work, as well as mail handling and digital services. We strive for short processing times, often the same day. We support our nearby health centers with writing work as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary or healthcare administrator. Furthermore, you need to have experience working in primary care. As a person, you are flexible, have good teamwork skills, and can work independently. You are positive towards change and actively contribute to a good work environment.
