ABOUT THE ROLE

As a receptionist/arena host, you are the face of Arena Skrapan and Vasakronan. Your primary task is to create a first-class reception for guests. You deliver outstanding service to visitors and assist tenants and members with their ongoing inquiries.

Other tasks include handling deliveries and catering, welcoming conference guests, and conducting tours. You are also responsible for writing quotes and confirmations for new members, and you are a detail-oriented person.

The position is a full-time temporary role for at least one year with a good chance of extension. The start is immediate, and working hours are primarily scheduled during office hours, between 07:30 - 18:00, but evening work may occur. You will be employed by Carotte and rented out to Vasakronan.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an energetic and meticulous person who is excited about building relationships and providing the best possible service to guests. You should also be a self-starter with a willingness to take responsibility and work effectively in a team. A high level of service combined with a positive attitude is fundamental to the role. We prefer that you have experience in hotels and conferences as well as meeting bookings.

You should be self-sufficient, flexible, and have a high level of service awareness as you will collaborate with members from various industries. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in coworking and in a service-oriented role.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE

·    Experience in similar work, preferably in reception and/or hotel reception.

·    Good computer skills, with experience from Office programs.

·    Experience with conference technology (meritorious)

·    Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

·    Previous experience in coworking (meritorious)

ABOUT THE POSITION

Scope: Full-time temporary position for one year with a good chance of extension, starting immediately.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, regular working hours are scheduled between 07:30–17:30.

Employment: You will be employed by Carotte Staff and rented out to Vasakronan at Arena Skrapan.
