We are now looking for a housing support worker for Hedens Omvårdnadscenter in Bollnäs. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is for hourly and summer substitutes.

What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with various needs for support and care. It involves supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. About Hedens Omvårdnadscenter Hedens Omvårdnadscenter is a residential care facility for individuals with psychiatric diagnoses. We have 56 places divided into six units: Heden, Hedbacken, Hedgården, Solheden, Björkheden, and Solrosen.

About the role In the role of housing support worker, you will start from the residents' individual needs and wishes and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you work towards making the day meaningful and rich in content. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and night shifts (awake night).

You will have a group manager close to you in the organization. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who are applying to us:

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
