Do you want to work in a service-oriented IT role where you truly make a difference every day? We are now looking for two junior support technicians for an exciting assignment in the public sector in Linköping. Here, you will be an important part of an engaged team that supports users in an operation that affects the everyday lives of thousands of people.
As a 1st line support technician, you will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming IT-related issues via phone, chat, and email. You will troubleshoot, guide users, and document cases in the case management system. The role suits you who are confident in your approach, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with close collaboration.
In this role, you will work with: - Receiving incoming cases via phone, chat, and email - Troubleshooting and handling user-related IT problems - Case management related to inquiries, errors, and orders - Documentation in the case management system (TopDesk) - Working according to routines and support in the knowledge database - Providing professional and pedagogical support to users - Collaborating with 2nd line and other IT functions

To be successful in this role, you need
Completed upper secondary education
At least 1 year of work experience in administrative work, for example within a service function
Good experience working with IT tools and support systems and being able to search for information in systems
Experience working in a case management system
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Service-oriented and able to meet users calmly and professionally
Good collaborative skills and enjoy working in a team
Responsible and self-driven in your work approach
