As an HR Partner, you will be an important part of our team and play a central role in driving and developing HR work across our entire group – consisting of YrkesAkademin, YH Akademin, and Arcus.

In your role, you will act as a strategic and operational HR support to the organization’s managers, where you actively contribute to ensuring that our HR processes are effective, well-functioning, and aligned with the organization’s goals. You will work closely with three dedicated HR Partners and report directly to the HR Manager.

Together with your colleagues, you will create HR work that truly makes a difference – for employees, for managers, and for the continued success of the entire organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for and develop HR processes and policies within the organization.
  • Drive union negotiations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead and implement change projects within the HR area.
  • Monitor and analyze HR key figures to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant academic education in HR, behavioral science, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in broad HR work, preferably as an HR Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and experience in union negotiations.
  • Experience working with change management and organizational development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Personal Attributes:

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a proactive and solution-oriented person with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You have strategic thinking and can translate business needs into HR strategies and initiatives. Furthermore, you are attentive, communicative, and have strong integrity.
