We are looking for a senior accountant with solid real estate expertise for a temporary consulting assignment. The assignment is suitable for you who have extensive experience in qualified accounting work, are comfortable with the K3 regulations, and can quickly familiarize yourself with existing processes, systems, and accounting principles.

The role involves supporting the finance department in both operational and developmental work for a limited period, focusing on quality, structure, and delivery reliability.

About the Assignment

You will work closely with the accounting manager and be an important part of a team of a total of seven people. The assignment includes ongoing accounting, year-end closing work, and support in the development of accounting routines and system support. The role requires independence, accuracy, and good collaboration skills.

The assignment is temporary and includes a notice period of one (1) month.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting
• Monthly and quarterly closings
• Monthly reconciliations
• Monthly VAT declarations
• Support to the accounting manager in developing accounting routines
• Support in accounting issues for the rest of the organization
• Consolidation reconciliations during quarterly and annual closings
• Diverse investigative work
• Participation in the development of work methods in the financial system Fenix

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in economics or other relevant post-secondary education
• At least 7–10 years of experience in qualified accounting work
• Documented experience with K3 accounting, year-end closing, and annual reports
• Good knowledge of tax and income declarations (legal entities)
• Extensive experience in accounting within the real estate sector
• Experience with Fenix
• Self-driven, structured, and reliable with high accuracy
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with auditors

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with Vitec, Capego, or equivalent systems in finance, real estate, and annual reporting
• Experience with consolidated financial statements
