YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are looking for an Administrator for one of Sweden's largest international industrial companies. Our client is located in pleasant offices in central Stockholm with about 120 employees in the office. You will belong to the department that handles the purchasing and sales of raw materials. You will report to the Manager of Contract Execution. If you proceed to the interview stage, a background check and reference check will be conducted.

As a person, you are meticulous as this is largely an administrative position, while also being proactive. You are a motivated, organized, and quick-learning team player. Furthermore, we see that you are positive and social with good communication skills and an analytical ability for details.

You meet the requirements below:

• Previous work experience in finance, administration, and/or logistics or a few years of experience in similar tasks.

• You have good computer and system skills. Proficient in Excel with very good knowledge.

• Good communication skills in English both written and spoken; Swedish is an advantage.
