ABOUT THE POSITION
Every spring and autumn, Stockholm University assists UHR in conducting the higher education test in Stockholm County. The purpose of the test is to measure knowledge and skills that are important for the ability to succeed in higher education. Stockholm University is now looking for several test leaders and assistants who can work throughout Stockholm County on April 18.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
The test leader leads the test in a test room and is responsible for ensuring that the test is conducted correctly and that regulations are followed. Job tasks include providing test participants with clear and accurate information, guiding them through the various parts of the test, conducting identity checks, handling test materials according to instructions, and monitoring.
The assistant supports the test leader in a test room with several writing groups. Job tasks include distributing and collecting test materials, conducting identity checks, and monitoring.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS
Before the work occasion, you need to carefully read through a job description and undergo a digital training.
The working hours for test leaders and assistants are from 07:15 to 17:00 (9 hours). The hourly wage is 319.20 SEK for test leaders and 229.60 SEK for assistants (including vacation pay). Lunch is unpaid and travel compensation is not provided.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
Requirements
- You should have an academic degree or experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
- You should be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- You should have previous experience of self-directed work.
Meritorious
- Current or previous work at a university or college.
- Current or previous work in the public sector.
- Experience and familiarity with pedagogical work in schools/educational institutions.
- Experience and comfort speaking in front of a group.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, structured, stress-resistant, and cooperative. You follow instructions and familiarize yourself with rules and routines. The work requires a high level of engagement, and we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
