What you will do
Lead the section association's (Skol-IF) activities at a school together with school staff and students
Organize sessions with various types of physical activity that you or others lead
Act as a Djurgården ambassador in the school's local area and actively create and maintain relationships with the local community, including collaboration with local sports clubs
Work and document in the existing operational systems

You take initiative and drive things forward, solve problems as they arise, and take responsibility
You are a relationship builder, able to gather and lead diverse groups towards a goal – primarily children and youth, but also adults
You are meticulous, have structure and order
You encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement
You can balance different demands and remain calm in difficult situations
You have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals
You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole
You express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing, as required in daily work
What you can expect from us
We strive in word and deed to be not only a learning but also a knowledge-thirsty organization. This means that you can expect individual and collective development with us. Through education, mentoring, theory, and practice, we develop both ourselves and our organization together.
We believe that different perspectives make us better. Therefore, we welcome applicants from a broad sports background, gender, and origin.
We offer The position is a full-time job with work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00. The long days are compensated with extended leave over Christmas and summer.
