Repayment is a prioritized focus area for the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and your work will play a key role in creating a legally secure and efficient operation. The unit is located in Stockholm and Norrköping.

Close leadership, change, socially important mission

As a unit manager, you are the manager who is closest to the employees and the operation. You are responsible for leading and driving the daily work based on the department's mission and goals, where the state value base permeates your work. Through your leadership, you convey clear expectations, follow up on goals, and provide your employees with the right conditions to take their responsibility. You have personnel responsibility as well as result and follow-up responsibility for the teams in your unit.

Your unit consists of about 20 employees working with repayment and is located in Stockholm. Through close leadership, you create the predictability, security, and sustainability necessary for employees to take their responsibility and meet the need for change. You create understanding of context, direction, and the target images set by the department and develop the plans your operation needs. As a unit manager, you support the area manager and are part of the area's management group consisting of unit managers, administrators, and controllers where you contribute your expertise and engagement. You adapt and exercise your leadership in a way that creates conditions for employees to use their judgment and competence.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.

  • have experience in competency-based recruitment within the state.

1 permanent position, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
