About the position of Managing Director Operational Director Co-Brands
S:t Eriks Hiss Co-Brands is facing an exciting expansion phase and needs a strategic and results-oriented leader who can take the company to the next level. This role also includes overall responsibility for Co-Brands such as RC Hiss, Hissteknik in Gothenburg, and Globus TT. As Managing Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director Nordics and have the opportunity to influence the company deeply and shape its future.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for leading and setting strategic direction for all business areas and ensuring they align with the company's overall goals.
• Develop and implement business plans focusing on growth and expansion.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high quality and efficiency in operations.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and authorities.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to keep the company at the forefront.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve the company's financial goals.
• Ensure that operations meet all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration within Co-Brands: Support and collaborate with local CEOs within Co-Brands, as well as maximize synergies and knowledge sharing within the group.

• Documented experience in a leadership role within the elevator industry or a related field.
• Solid understanding of business operations, finance, and project management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Good analytical skills and decisiveness.
• Experience in driving business growth and managing profit and loss responsibility (P&L).

Salary: Fixed salary + bonus
