We are now looking for a part-time Finance Assistant (approximately 50-60%) who wants to help create order, stability, and good foresight in the finances – and who enjoys working closely with the operations in a smaller company.

About us

Gröna gårdar cuts, processes, packages, and delivers Swedish meat – beef, lamb, chicken, and pork – through our own e-commerce since 2001. We work closely with our breeders and take responsibility all the way from farm to customer.

We have production in Uddevalla and marketing and sales offices in Gothenburg.

You will work on-site in our premises in Lindholmen, together with the sales manager, logistics and purchasing manager, and AD/communicator.

The finance function at our company is not an isolated support function – it is a natural part of the business and everyday life.

What you will do

In the role of Finance Assistant, you will have a independent and clear responsibility for ongoing financial administration. You will create structure, ensure that the numbers are correct, and contribute to the company having good control and foresight.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Handling of supplier invoices
• Customer and supplier accounts
• Reconciliation of accounts and payments
• Reminders and simpler collection cases
• Administration of expenses and travel expenses
• Payroll management
• Employer declarations and personnel administration

You will also work with:

• Outgoing invoicing to private and corporate customers
• Settlements related to the operations
• Dialogue with sales regarding invoice documentation and reconciliations

In the long term, there is an opportunity to:

• Prepare simpler financial summaries and reports
• Support the CEO and sales manager with financial data
• Be involved in developing routines and working methods within financial administration

We believe you have

• Experience working as a finance assistant or in a similar role
• Good system proficiency, preferably in Fortnox or equivalent
• The ability to plan and prioritize your work independently

Extra plus if you also have:

• Experience with simpler financial reporting
• Worked in smaller or medium-sized companies with broad roles

About the position

• Scope: Part-time, approximately 50-60% (20–25 hours/week)
• Location: Gothenburg, Lindholmen
• Employment type: Permanent (probationary employment may apply)
• Start: By agreement
• The work is primarily on-site, with some flexibility
• The position is an employment – we are not looking for consultants or self-employed
