Description
HR and the employer strategic work is an important part of the group's restructuring and development work to meet the future of work.

We are now looking for an HR strategist who has an interest and curiosity for development work within HR issues!
Responsibilities
We work together to lead HR work into the future. You will be part of the central HR function at the municipal management office and will be placed in the employer department, under the head of negotiations.
You will work closely with other strategists and specialists.
Your main task will be to:
- Work strategically, tactically, and operationally with various HR processes, drive development work and projects within HR and related areas.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, take initiative, plan, structure, and drive processes forward.
- Collaborate across boundaries with other support functions to contribute to the overall efficiency and goal fulfillment of the operations.
- Draft policy documents, etc.
- Prepare and investigate political matters and service writings.
- Work with analysis and follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to the HR director.
The focus of the assignment may vary over time depending on the needs we have in the organization. It may involve assignments across the entire HR area and can be somewhat adapted to your experience and competence. Right now, there is a strong focus on meeting the skills challenge through, among other things, digital development and restructuring, as well as security issues to ensure a sustainable and attractive working life.
The role includes collaboration with both politicians and civil servants.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we believe that you, in combination with an academic degree in the personnel field, have experience from qualified HR work at both strategic and operational levels. Experience within public operations is an advantage.
You are used to working independently and have demonstrated drive and the ability to navigate complex structures.
As a person, you are flexible and responsive to the needs of the operations, you are unpretentious and have a natural ability to build trusting relationships and create a positive collaborative climate. You are skilled at prioritizing and show good judgment in your decisions and actions.
You have a very good analytical ability and are good at visualizing, engaging in dialogue, and finding solutions. You also have experience working with complex assignments of various kinds and feel comfortable taking them on.
The work requires you to switch between different tasks, manage changing conditions, and at the same time maintain structure, quality, and good service.
