JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a finance assistant at LG Contracting AB, you will be an important part of the finance function in a company that is experiencing strong growth. The role is broad, operational, and varied, with great opportunities to develop over time in line with both the business and your own interests. Here, you will take responsibility, work independently, and be involved where it happens. In this role, you will work with:

• Ongoing financial administration and operational support to the finance department and business

• Handling of supplier invoices, including coding, approval flows, payments, and follow-ups

• Ongoing bookkeeping and handling of daily financial transactions

• Administration of company cards and ensuring correct and complete documentation

• Handling of expenses and payments to employees according to applicable procedures

• Coordination of travel and accommodation bookings for staff and projects

• Administration of the company's insurances, including claims and contact with insurance companies

The role will evolve over time and may change in line with the company's development – there is plenty of room to take responsibility, influence, and grow with the task.
