The management staff supports the entire municipal group and has a coordinating role within the functions of finance and governance, HR, communication, procurement, staffing, development support, case management, and investigation.

Description

We are looking for someone who knows that gender equality is a success factor for a long-term sustainable organization.

By the end of the project period, gender equality competence should have increased throughout the organization.

If you think this sounds like a fun and exciting opportunity, we offer a part-time project manager position that runs until June 2029. The position is located in HR within the municipality's management staff. We are a close-knit team of 8 people who believe that work becomes easier when we can laugh together.

Responsibilities

Your task will be to conduct analyses and present proposals for actions. You are expected to update our gender equality plan based on the analyses conducted. Method development to integrate gender equality perspectives in operational planning, follow-up, and budget work will be an important part of your job.

Initially, analyses will be conducted of our sick leave to find explanations for gender differences based on current research in the area. You will also contribute analyses to our competence supply plan, focusing on how we recruit today to see how we can recruit more inclusively and equitably.

You are expected to provide your own input on what should be highlighted and suggest other working methods that increase inclusion and gender equality. You should also be comfortable educating and informing managers and union representatives on gender equality issues. Your work will be carried out in collaboration with the implementation of new SOL.

Qualifications

We want you to have a relevant higher education suitable for the assignment. The education can be in HR, investigation, project management, or another area that we deem appropriate. The most important thing is your ability to make relevant analyses, see the big picture, and find new solutions. You are self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. You get others to listen and take in what you say. You possess a pedagogical ability necessary to conduct training for managers and union representatives. You have an easy time expressing yourself in speech and writing.

As a person, you are unpretentious but do not give up when faced with resistance. As a colleague, you can share yourself and laugh together with us.

Conditions

The employment is 50% and temporary until June 2029.
