- We are currently looking for customer service representatives for basic technical customer support and administrative calls, where you will receive calls in both Swedish & Finnish, hence the requirement to speak fluent Swedish AND Finnish.

As a customer service representative, the phone will be your most important tool to support people in their daily lives – just when they need it the most.

You will primarily receive incoming calls on an emergency line for technical support of insulin pumps. Your task is to provide users with safe, clear, and professional assistance with troubleshooting, user instructions, and general advice – without giving medical advice.

In addition to this, you may also handle administrative calls and tasks. This means you will assist callers with customer service-related inquiries, follow up on cases that came in during the night shift, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

In every call, you are attentive, solution-oriented, and ensure that the caller receives the right help – so that their daily life can continue as smoothly as possible.

• Work in newly renovated and fresh premises in a constantly growing organization.

• Hourly employment with the possibility of full-time or part-time.

• Varied working hours – we are open every day of the week between 07:00 and 22:00.

• On-call outside office hours - which means you will need to provide technical support during evenings, nights, and early mornings.

• All other working hours take place on-site at the office.

Recruitment process

After we receive your application, the recruitment manager will contact you for an initial phone interview. If you proceed in the process after the phone interview, the next step is a digital or in-person meeting on-site, together with the person responsible for the assignment, where you will also receive a closer presentation of the company.

Upon employment, you will receive thorough training in our tools and in your new role so that you can deliver the best possible service for the calling customer. The position is filled continuously.
