I Ur och Skur Grodan is looking for 1 childcare worker for a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible until August 2026, full-time.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team with 2 other employees. Together with the existing team, you will participate in the daily work with the children. Teaching sessions in various subjects in different environments, gatherings, educational lunches, play, and activities. You will also participate in the educational planning together with the rest of the team. You are responsible for the comfort, safety, and trust of the children and guardians, and you represent our preschool outwardly.

Qualifications

You need to be interested in outdoor pedagogy and enjoy being outside in various weather conditions. You should have a view of children that reflects warmth, empathy, and a desire to understand children's perspectives. You need to be a present educator who listens to the children and their needs for closeness, safety, and development. You should understand the importance of collaborating and communicating with others and being part of a team. You should be able to meet guardians in everyday situations in a professional and customer-friendly manner. You must be proficient in the Swedish language in a way that does not hinder your daily work with children, guardians, and colleagues. You should also be able to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing.

Personal suitability takes precedence over education, but education and experience are advantageous.
