Åkerbo and Edsberg support homes are located in Sollentuna and are operated under the social services of Sollentuna municipality.

The unit has dedicated staff and is now looking for three summer substitutes and hourly employees who are passionate about making a difference in our clients' lives. The summer substitutes will work at two homes; Åkerbo, which has clients with harmful use and dependency as well as psychiatric disabilities and 17 places. Here, sleeping on-call duty occurs. Edsberg has a social psychiatric focus and 9 places. Here, medical delegation occurs. Job Description and Qualifications

We are looking for you who have training as a mental health worker, treatment assistant, or are a student in the social work or psychology programs. The applicant should have knowledge of psychiatric disabilities and harmful use and dependency. The applicant should be able to speak and write good Swedish and work based on an implementation plan. The work is on a rolling schedule where sleeping on-call duty and evening and weekend work are included. The work involves providing housing support to clients in everyday life. This includes support in household management, escorting, daily finances, support conversations, motivational talks, preparation of shared meals, socializing with activities, and wellness activities. You should have knowledge of motivational interviewing and the method of Independent Living, ESL.
